WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?

I have over 10 years experience as a qualified veterinary nurse and have done the following courses:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing

  • Statement of attainment in Implant Microchip in dogs and cats

  • Basic Equine first aid 

  • Certificate of advanced in-patient care

  • Australian Veterinary Behaviour Services puppy preschool workshop 

  • Hills Nutrional advocate course

  • Feliway and Adaptil Courses

DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU VISIT?

Yes, I require someone to be home when I visit. The person ideally needs to be over the age of 18 years and capable for restraining the pet.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payment must be made in full at the completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

I have eftpos facilities or can accept cash.

DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES TO ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOGS?

Yes, I have experience providing care to dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and lizards.

WHAT SERVICES CAN'T BE OFFERED?

Under the NSW Veterinary Board veterinary nurses are unable to do the following;​

Euthanasia

Sedating of animals

Vaccinations or Heartworm injections

Prescribing medications

Diagnosing injuries and/or illness

CAN YOU MICROCHIP ANIMALS?

Yes! I have completed my certificate of statement of attainment in implant microchipping of dogs and cats Please be aware I am unable to microchip horses.

ARE YOUR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS?

I do offer appointments on the weekend but they are generally limited.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU OPERATE IN?

Mobile Paws offers its services to Yass Valley & surrounds. 

Mobile Paws will travel to Yass, Murrumbateman, Jeir,  Gundaroo, Sutton, Bookham, Bowning and Gunning.

Travel fees may be applied.
